Aspen Springs Ranch Custom Home

THE HEADWATERS at Aspen Springs Ranch is special to Kevin Price Designs because it was the first project he completed in Park City back in 1994. It was also one of his more elaborated projects featuring lakes, a stream, and other water features designed into the architecture of this unique home. The homeowner and Kevin hand-picked exotic woods in Hawaii for the cabinets, stairs and railings. Re-claimed lumber was sourced in Montana, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. Many items, including furnishings, were imported from Middle Eastern countries and Africa. This home has been featured in books, TV commercials, magazines and the Deer Valley Luxury Home Tour.
